I’m always teaching people to (literally) follow t I’m always teaching people to (literally) follow their dreams, so I thought I’d start SHOWING some of my dreams and how they have led me to where I am now. 💭 In 2019, I was teaching in Thailand and I adored my kids and their families! I loved being in the classroom, but the stress (and admin) was….well, a nightmare. I started having actual nightmares about the workload, the lack of time, and the disorganization (which if you know me, ‘organization’ is practically my middle name!). I have so much respect for teachers! Once I had this lucid dream, I knew I had to make a shift in my life. So I decided that I would teach until the end of the year and then start my digital nomad life. I knew deep down I wanted to be my own boss, have freedom of time, and teach even more people. Who knew that dream would lead me to another leap of faith - resulting in the life that I have now, which I LOVE! So….this post isn’t to say quit your job (unless you’re miserable! 😉) - I’m just saying….write your dreams down and you might notice your subconscious has some messages for you… (If you can’t remember your dreams or aren’t sure where to start, I have a Dream Guidebook download for free in my bio. :) Trust me, your dreams can change your life!)
This morning started with several hiccups that sen This morning started with several hiccups that sent me into a flurry and I almost didn’t go on my hike (that I REALLY wanted to go on). I was frazzled, but I problem-solved and stuck with the plan. Thank goodness I did! I made some new friends on the hike, ate my brunch with the chipmunks, and reminisced about visiting this lake almost 10 years ago. My heart was full! 🌲 After the hike, I still had half the day left, and wondered what I’d do with it. Then I got a surprise visit from @shaynci57, so we went downtown and had a yummy lunch together and caught up! And now I end the day, playing with my Pixie. Doesn’t get better! So grateful my unlucky morning turned into one of my luckiest days yet! 💚 Hope you all had a happy weekend. :)
