Sharing Your Appreciation With People To Motivate Them To Keep Going

In our busy day-to-day life, it’s easy to forget the profound impact others have on us – and impact we have on others. We often underestimate the magic of a simple ‘I appreciate you,’ or ‘you’re inspiring me,’ – especially when the sentiment is received unexpectedly.

Today’s modern magic trick is a gentle reminder of the immense power that the gift of appreciation holds. It’s not just about sending gratitude into the world; it’s about making those around us feel valued, seen, and loved. When you take a moment to acknowledge the impact someone has had on your life, you’re not only strengthening your connection, but also creating a ripple effect of positivity.

The reason I wanted to share this magic trick is because I recently experienced the gift of appreciation, and I can attest that the message saved me from a very intense downward spiral. Ironically, my podcast episode last week was about overcoming imposter syndrome, yet I found myself needing to listen to my own advice. I got into a comparison trap, wondering if I should continue my podcast and if I’m actually making a difference with my business. I’m sure it’s a feeling we all have from time to time!

In divine timing, I received a message from a listener (you know who you are 💙), who said she caught up on my latest episodes and that what I shared was so important to her; that she needed the confidence boost and to remember her power. It was completely reciprocal, because her message was so important to me! It completely boosted me up and my heart filled up with gratitude. That simple message got me back on my feet.

So if you want to spread some magic this week, I highly recommend sending a few messages of appreciation – trust me, you will be making a huge impact on the recipient! I know I’ll be sending some messages to some people that are making a difference to me! Appreciation is one of the best gifts in the world (bonus that it’s free!).

14 DAYS UNTIL VIETNAM!

It’s always funny, though. Whenever we travel somewhere, it’s always around month 3 that we really start embedding ourselves in the community more, making it a little harder to leave. 😂 We just have 2 weeks left, and now we’re having BBQ’s and outings, and making deeper connections! This is part of the reason I am so excited to get to Vietnam and be there for longer than 3 months – we’ll really be able to feel more at home, ya know?

This past week was an incredible week full of coincidences and synchronicities. I went into the week with concrete plans and appointments – only to have them completely shift, as if by fate. Here’s a quick synchronicity I’ll share with you: by a shuffle of my calendar, I ended up attending a Quantum Unified Manifestation, inside of a masterclass. It was magical!

What was wild was that the host took a sip of coffee out of his mug and I recognized the unique design. I asked, “Is that a Bulgarian mug??” And he said, “Yes! I was in Bulgaria in April!” I assumed he had gone to Sofia, the capital city. He continued, “I stayed in a really small mountain town called Bansko.” I cracked up and said, “That’s where I’m living right now!!” You guys, this world really is teeny tiny, and synchronicities are all around us. I love it!
